We are always very grateful so many of our patients take the time to send messages of thanks to us. It is always wonderful to receive these personal messages and thoughts.

Your feedback is very important to us, as it is used to help us improve the quality of our products and services and to enhance the customer experience, whether good or bad, we are truly interested.

From January 2015 we will be introducing post-treatment coffee time with one of our dental team. This is where patients will have the opportunity to discuss their experience, services and the treatment they received over a coffee and a bite to eat.

We really want to encourage our patients to give sound and honest feedback during these meetings, so we can continually improve our service.
