We are thrilled at having a total of 167 patients who recently participated in our survey. Their feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to make our patient experience as professional and friendly as possible. We thank each participant for their thoughtful feedback – without them, we would not be able to assess how effective our current approach is a formulate and improving our service.

Gipsy Lane Advanced Dental Care was able to gain invaluable insight into not only how satisfied patients are with the current service but also which ways we can improve. Based on the results, it has become abundantly clear that our patients want more than just great dentistry; they also value an outstanding 5-star customer experience.
We’ve also seen that there is great demand for more explanation about our fees and charges, in addition to improving our hygienist availability. Going forward, it is our intention to build upon this feedback to create a plan of action.

A really good atmosphere, which is calm, friendly and professional, and there is a great clinical team.

The clinical excellence and excellent patient care by all staff (clinical and admin). The practice is very welcoming. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.

What we could do better
Maybe generate and send appointment calendar invites (Apple and Google) to patient’s email
I would personally find it very helpful if PayPal Credit was offered as a way to fund treatment.
Very little. Just keep pricing competitive and adjustable where possible.

How we plan to act on patient feedback
We will put a task force together to make improvements and provide regular updates. We will be looking at ways to enhance our patient experiences.
The changes that will be implemented will come directly from patient suggestions, and we can’t wait to see how they improve their dental care experiences. We will keep you informed of the new improvements.
